Off Leash Consulting, is a US-based business services LLC founded in 2020 by Gwen Romack, CCEP, PMP, SSGB, GRCP, TASA. She brings more than 20 years of corporate sales operations, compliance, ethics, anti-corruption and U.S. public sector experience spanning a sophisticated 300k+ employee high-tech manufacturing multinational to a 23k+ employee software multinational with a start-up mentality. She:

• • • applies a data-driven approach in establishing, maturing, and scaling ethics and compliance programs, and energizing leaders and employees to own compliance and integrity
    • leads, prioritizes, and directs compliance program maturity by driving accountability through matrixed compliance and business teams while setting rigorous operating rhythms that drive compliance program integration into the business
    • inspires others as a corporate compliance and ethics innovator with a motivational leadership style who capitalizes on in-depth program design, employee learning, 3rd-party risk management, policy governance, audit, investigations, and rehabilitation experience to guide key opportunity and risk mitigation strategies
    • thinks strategically and practically with experience in implementing and operationalizing global compliance programs focused on corporate ethics, the FCPA/UKBA, the NISPOM, and federal, GSA, state, and local government contracting, risk assessment processes, training, and communication
    • mentors and collaborates to help others benefit from her hands-on specialty skills including careful navigation of major government investigations, representing corporate programs to enforcement bodies, managing post-resolution compliance agreements, innovating the overall program, fun and engaging employee awareness campaigns, and balancing the complex needs of the business vs. risk management priorities
